And He said….


“I am the way.” Some may wonder. Is what Jesus said worth listening to. Well let’s take a look at one very important thing He said. Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6. I often wonder what is the struggle with Jesus saying. He is the way. What’s the problem? When his disciples asked Him. Jesus got straight to the point, right? Jesus has announced himself as the notorious JESUS! The Only Way. Think about (A way ). A way is a path or route, and the disciples had expressed their confusion about where He was going and how they could follow. There it is! It’s not what Jesus is saying that’s the problem. The problem is the unknown. As He had told them from the start. Jesus was telling them again and us follow Him. There is no other path to heaven, no other way to the Father. The exclusive nature of the only path to salvation is expressed in these words “I am the way.” No, need to fear the unknown. Why? Because, if you are right behind the person who knows the path very well. Then the path is much easier to travel.
