Since the exit from the Garden of Eden, which was due to the sin of man, we have been putting God in our box. Cain tried to do things his way, and many people men and women down through the ages have tried to put God in their boxes. Humans have been trying to justify their behavior as God giving them a pass on their sin. We are guilty of ignoring our own sins and quick to point out our fellow mans sin. I have to constantly look in the mirror to make sure I keep short accounts with God. I figure if a man like the Apostle Paul continued to say " I am" the king of sinners, then I should make sure that I don't steal that title. Paul also said I haven't reached perfection yet. BUT, I know a Man!!! I am so glad that because Jesus who is my Savoir took my place as a sacrifice for my sin, that I am perfect in the eyes of God the Father. When God sees me He sees Jesus. This does not give us a license to sin, it gives us permission to live holy. So, destroy and get rid of the box in our hearts and mind and allow the Father full access to our hearts and mind and lives!!!
